The first quarter of 2014 embraced the release of Permashutter's latest instalment to their Polymer Headwall range, the HW300C. The hollow unit weighs 50 kilos and when filled with concrete it has a mass of nearly 1.5 tonnes. The efficiency, lightweight and robustness of this new product has allowed it to be introduced into the tender specifications thus attracting interest from the Environment Agency, Consultants and Contractors across the UK.
Why specify our headwalls?
Over the past four years, Permashutter Polymer Headwalls have been installed on many high profile projects including Railtrack, Highways and EnvironmentAgency projects across the UK. Atkins, Halcrow and Mouchel, to name a few, have already specified Polymer Headwalls. Permashutter supply CAD drawings for all of their ancillaries, making specifying and incorporating into drawings easy.
Take the headache out of headwalls and join the consultants who have switched to Permashutter Polymer Headwalls. Permashutter headwalls can be specified with hand rails, flap valves and three different types of trash screens all of which are easily fitted without the need for drilling or resin anchoring concrete. The handrails are designed specifically for the headwalls and are fitted with great ease.
Time savings
A permanent formwork solution for headwall installation that dramatically cuts installation time, cost and raises quality.
Handrails, trash screens, flap valves and the headwall installed in one pour no revisits, no waste!
